I design and lead workshops that give people practical tools to think differently about their careers, see the opportunities already in front of them, and take meaningful next steps —and that give their leaders the conversations and structures to make that growth possible.
A good deal of this work happens with employee resource groups and business resource groups. ERGs and BRGs are often where people first go looking for direction, community and sponsorship, which makes them one of the most effective places to reach the talent an organization most wants to keep. I run offsites, retreats and career development sessions for resource groups at global companies, built around the group’s own community and the culture it sits inside.
