Born in London, raised in Switzerland, now living in NYC, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work, leading sessions in both English and French around the globe.

My expertise lies in supporting women to strengthen their professional presence, develop strategic networks, and succeed at every career stage—combining evidence-based methods with practical strategies for complex corporate environments.

I hold a Doctorate in Education from Columbia University, a Master's in Human Resources Management, and am a Smith College graduate. As a certified Executive Coach and licensed Career Counsellor, my insights have been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, and The Muse.
